Q. When will I get my order?
A. We process orders the next business day after you place your order. For items that are in stock we will ship as soon as possible after the order is processed. All orders placed on this site are subject to acceptance by Labcon North America. In some cases we may cancel an order and inform you of the cancellation by email.
Q. Some items were damaged on my order. How do I make a freight claim?
A. Items shipped to you should be inspected when you receive them. If there is any apparent damage refuse the shipment. If you find damage after you open the package contact us to make arrangements for a return or replacement.
Q. I ordered the wrong item. Can I return it?
A. We can accept for credit undamaged items if they are returned to us no later than 30 days after you receive them. Only un-opened packages are returnable. Please contact our Customer Support Team to arrange for a Return Authorization. Do not ship items to us without authorization. We will issue an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number for you to place on the packages you intend to return. You will be responsible for paying the shipping charges for the shipment to you and you must pay the cost to return the items. There may also be a restocking fee of 20% for returned items.
Q. We are a Non Profit or we have a Resale license. Can we avoid being charged Sales tax?
A. All sales through this webshop are charged automatically with sales tax based on your locality. If you are a non profit or have a resale license please contact us to set up an account so you can shop and not be charged for sales tax. Please contact us BEFORE you shop by clicking on the link below for TAX EXEMPT ORDERING. We cannot offer credit for sales taxes charged after your order has been placed.
Q. I have a Pipette that I need Tips for. How can I determine which Tips will fit?
