Shipping and Handling

Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.

Shipping and delivery estimates

Our ‘Ships’ timeframe is an estimate of when the item will be prepared for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship as they become available. Items that ship within “24 hours” are estimated to ship the same or following business day.

Items with longer estimates ship from our warehouse within the timeframe indicated (e.g., 7-10 business days).

The ‘Delivers’ timeframe, if provided, is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships. The estimated delivery date depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout. When you select expedited shipping, your item will take the same amount of time to prepare for shipment, but will expedite the time it takes to deliver to your doorstep. All estimates are based on business days.

Shipping methods

The Labcon Online Store offers a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs:

Ground Shipping –Delivers within 6-10 business days after shipping.

2 Day Shipping –Delivers within 2 business days after shipping.

Next Business Day – Delivers within 1 business day after shipping.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order on the Labcon Online Store. You can also see shipping costs on the Order Acknowledgment email and on online Order Status. If you order multiple items, you may receive separate shipments. You will receive a Shipment Notification email for each shipment with the carrier's name and tracking information, if available. Shipping fees for the entire order will be charged when your first item is shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

The Labcon Online Store ships items only within the 50 United States. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States. You may not export any products purchased at the Labcon Online Store. The Labcon Online Store does not support shipping items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses. To ship items to an additional address, please place a new order at the Labcon Online Store.

We are happy to ship your order to another address within the 50 United States if your billing address is within one of the following United States territories:

Simply shop at the Labcon Online Store with the payment method of your choice, and we’ll ship the order to any address within the 50 United States. We regret that we cannot ship orders placed on the Labcon Online Store to addresses outside of the 50 United States. Problems With
 Your Shipment

Shipping refunds

If you paid for expedited shipping and did not receive your package on time, please call Labcon Online Shop Customer Service at 1-800-227-1466 or email at custsupport@labcon.com.

Incorrect or damaged items

If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please call Labcon Online Shop Customer Service at 1-800-227-1466 for help within 5 business days of receipt of items.

Returns

We will accept product that you wish to return if requested within 30 days of shipment. All products you wish to return must be in unopened and undamaged packages. Please contact Labcon Online Shop Customer Service at 1-800-227-1466 for a Returned Goods Authorization number before returning any item to us. Once we receive the items you will be credited after we inspect the returned item for damages and ensure the package was not opened. We will not issue credit for shipping costs for the items shipped to you and you must pay for any shipping costs to return any items. A 20% restocking fee may apply to any returned items.
